Walking into the reception area you are greeted with a dark dismal room and a receptionist who matched the ambiance. Well, management, don’t bother because looking at previous reviews you’ve not changed a thing.įirst impressions are important and driving up a long driveway to the venue, which is in a delightful setting, we thought we were in for a great time, that sadly was where the feel-good factor ended.
